Great choice on the DISQUS commenting system. I've been on it for a few months at http://ryanagraves.com and absolutely love it. There are some great 'recent comments' plug-ins as well. Solid blog, now solid comments!

I'm trying to get Disqus installed on my blog and I'm getting the "out of memory" error message like you. I have some spam comments in queue right now so I'll clear those out and try again.
